We are looking for a highly motivated Escalation Engineer (Tier-IV) to join our growing team. This is a unique engineering role that sits at the intersection of Development, Product, and Customer Success, offering direct exposure to a wide range of systems and technologies across our platform. You will work closely with our development teams to investigate complex code-level issues, identify root causes, and deliver solutions that directly impact both customers and the product itself. This role provides a rare opportunity to gain deep technical breadth, influence product improvements, and solve challenging engineering problems that few others in the organization get to see.

Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across our entire product suite
• Write Python code
• Analyze application logs, database performance, and system behavior to identify root causes
• Implement fixes and patches that are deployed directly to customer environments
• Serve as a technical expert for resolved customer issues - you are the final line of defense
• Collaborate with development teams to identify product improvements based on real-world issues
