Role Overview
As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will manage both the work calendar and the moving parts of personal life - travel, appointments, and the small details that free a busy leader to focus.
Key Responsibilities
Professional Support
Manage the CEO calendar, meetings, and communication
Plan business travel, itineraries, and event logistics
Prepare briefing notes and track follow-ups to closure
Personal Coordination
Coordinate personal appointments, errands, and household logistics
Manage bookings, reservations, and family or travel arrangements
Handle private and confidential matters with absolute discretion
Ideal Candidate Profile
4 to 8 years as a personal or executive assistant to a senior leader
Exceptional discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
Clear written and spoken English and a resourceful, can-do attitude
A reliable remote-work setup and flexibility with hours when needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or high-profile individual
Comfort juggling professional and personal responsibilities
A strong network of vendors and service providers
