Jr. Developer

Responsibilities
Participate in structured training and onboarding programs
Learn and apply software development concepts, tools, and best practices
Assist with developing, testing, and maintaining applications
Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and support technical solutions
Collaborate with team members on projects and process improvements
Document development activities and technical requirements
Continuously learn new technologies and programming concepts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or another analytical/technical field
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to programming through coursework, internships, bootcamps, or personal projects
Familiarity with languages such as Python, Java, C#, SQL, or similar
Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, or technical problem-solving
Interest in software development, technology, and continuous learnin

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
