As AI Growth Manager Ads, you will lead the next phase of paid acquisition growth for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS platform, with the ambition to scale annual advertising spend to $2 million while maximizing profitable revenue growth. You will take full ownership of paid media strategy, campaign execution, creative production, and performance measurement across multiple advertising channels. Combining a growth mindset with advanced AI tools and automation, you will build intelligent agents that streamline campaign operations and continuously improve results. You will develop a high-volume creative engine, experiment with new acquisition channels, and optimize the entire customer journey from the first ad impression to subscription revenue and expansion. Working closely with growth, lifecycle marketing, website, influencer, and go-to-market teams, you will have significant autonomy to test bold ideas and scale what works. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, commercially driven growth expert to build an AI-first advertising system where experimentation, ownership, and measurable business impact drive success.
