U.S. People Operations Specialist

As a U.S. People Operations Specialist, you will support the full employee lifecycle for a growing U.S.-based organization, contributing to recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, and employee training. You will play a key role in ensuring that HR processes run efficiently, employee records remain accurate, and new hires are equipped to succeed from their first week. Working remotely with an international team, you will collaborate with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and leadership to maintain consistent people operations. You will also identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI-powered tools, automation, and structured documentation.
