Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in the Pune Division. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for reporting and analysis. The role involves building and maintaining dashboards and reports, performing statistical and trend analyses, and developing data models to support forecasting and business planning. The individual will translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate results in an accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences. The Data Analyst will also support ad hoc analysis requests, contribute to process improvements, and help implement best practices for data governance and documentation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities for interpreting complex datasets and identifying actionable insights.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics to perform quantitative analysis, hypothesis testing, and data-driven evaluations.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, prepare reports, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design, build, and maintain data structures that support reporting and analytical needs.
Candidates should ideally have experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach to data validation and documentation.
A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics is preferred.
Experience working with large datasets and in a technology or product-oriented environment will be considered an advantage.
