[Bosch HcP – Internship] Lean Manufacturing Intern

Revising operation document under instruction of supervisor. Supporting on documentation control.
Joining department project under instruction of supervisor such as operational improvement, saving cost/ energy, problem-solving, organize talk show, make a short form video/ film (e.g.: Participate in Change Over Time Reduction (SMED) project through process observation, data analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement activities).
Supporting in preparing internal/ external audit at department.
Supporting administrative tasks.
Presenting projects in English.
Other tasks be assigned based on demand.
3rd or 4th year students majoring in the engineering background (digital technologies, automation, and production systems), including Information Technology, Automation, Industrial Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, or any relevant technical fields.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, production optimization, and SMED methodology for change over time reduction is an advantage.
Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
Good Microsoft Office knowledge, skill in video editing is plus.
Be able to read and make technical drawings is a plus.
Careful, pro-active, patient, integrity and high disciplined.
