Senior Automation Engineer (3–7 Years)

We are seeking a talented Automation Engineer / Senior Automation Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in test automation using Selenium with Java or C#. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure software quality and reliability. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality applications while continuously improving automation frameworks and testing processes.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or C#.
Develop and enhance reusable automation frameworks and test utilities.
Execute functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end automated test suites.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
Identify, log, track, and verify software defects.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
Analyze test execution results and provide detailed reports.
Ensure adherence to automation best practices, coding standards, and quality processes.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance (Senior Automation Engineer).
