Our current technical environment:
Experience testing retail, planogram, store execution, or shelf/PSR solutions or other supply chain / retail products.
Exposure to cloud-native environments (Azure or other major cloud platforms) and authentication standards such as OAuth/SSO.
Experience integrating automation suites into containerized or cloud-based execution grids.
Prior experience in a product-based organization delivering large-scale enterprise solutions, ideally in supply chain or retail technology.
What you’ll do:

Develops and maintains test cases and test data for all relevant modules of the product, ensuring traceability to business and functional requirements.
Executes manual and automated test cases across functional, regression, system, and integration testing and publishes clear, actionable test results.
Writes and maintains robust, reusable test automation scripts using Playwright with a BDD framework (e.g., Cucumber) and integrates them into CI/CD pipelines.

Assists in the collection and interpretation of test metrics (coverage, defect trends, execution health) and recommends corrective actions to improve product and process quality.
Understands and clarifies business requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring that tests reflect real customer workflows in PSR / retail execution contexts.
Follows standard development and testing processes, adheres to coding and documentation standards, and contributes to continuous improvement of QA practices.
Plans and prioritizes own work with guidance from the manager and scrum team, proactively flagging risks and impairments to commitments.
Provides cross-training and education to other test personnel and offers constructive feedback and guidance to junior QA team members.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Approximately 4–7 years of hands-on experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testing for enterprise or SaaS products.
Strong experience in UI test automation using Playwright or similar modern frameworks, preferably with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Practical experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Spec Flow) and behavior-driven test design.
Good understanding of test design techniques, regression strategy, risk-based testing, and end-to-end scenario validation.
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST-assured and basic knowledge of performance testing concepts.
Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Working knowledge of defect and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across globally distributed teams.
