Job Description
Role Summary:
Lead maintenance excellence across Contract Manufacturing (SubCon) partner facilities to ensure maximum equipment uptime, reliability, safety, and cost efficiency. Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, asset performance improvement, and technical capability development across Injection Moulding, Extrusion, Pipes, Casing, Fittings, and allied manufacturing processes.
Roles and Responsibility:
· Drive maintenance governance across Contract Manufacturing partner locations.
· Ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and OEE through preventive and predictive maintenance.
· Conduct technical audits and assess maintenance maturity of manufacturing partners.
· Lead breakdown reduction, RCA, and corrective action implementation.
· Drive maintenance cost optimization, spare parts management, and asset lifecycle planning.
· Support installation, commissioning, relocation, and ramp-up of equipment.
· Monitor compliance to safety, statutory, and maintenance standards.
· Develop maintenance dashboards and KPI reviews including uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance cost.
· Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
Skills and Competencies
· TPM, Reliability Engineering and Predictive Maintenance expertise
· Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
· Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, chillers and utilities
· Asset management and maintenance planning capability
· ERP/CMMS, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
