Job Responsibilities
Extensive IT experience, with demonstrated responsibility for complex enterprise technology services
Demonstrated service delivery leadership experience for enterprise BI and analytics services.
Strong knowledge of ITIL governance, SLA/KPI management, data platforms and release operations.
Experience managing incidents, risks, capacity, service reporting and continual improvement.
Strong stakeholder, vendor and executive-communication skills.
Good communication, documentation and customer-interaction skills.
