The Global Logistics Analyst is responsible for coordinating and optimizing international transportation, warehousing, customs compliance, and distribution activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods across global markets. The role works closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to support business operations and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in international logistics and export operations.
Strong expertise in pre-shipment documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bills, and Letter of Credit documentation.
Experience in post-shipment documentation, including Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Bank Negotiation Documents, Export Documentation, and customs-related paperwork.
Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs compliance, and freight forwarding processes.
Ability to coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customs documentation to facilitate smooth clearance of shipments across global regions.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
