We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Designer to lead product design for innovative discovery experiences that help hospitality operators reach more travelers and grow their businesses. In this senior individual contributor role, you will partner closely with product and engineering teams to define product direction, solve complex problems, and deliver intuitive, high-quality digital experiences. You will transform complex datasets and uncertain information into clear, trustworthy interfaces that empower users to make informed decisions. You will also shape how operators interact with AI-powered tools, simplifying sophisticated workflows into seamless and actionable experiences. As the team's sole designer, you will have significant autonomy, influence strategic decisions, and help prioritize initiatives based on customer insights and business impact.
