We are looking for a talented & passionate DC Inbound - Outbound Team Lead for our Logistics Center in Heraklio!
Role Responsibility:
Lead and supervise warehouse associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Oversee inventory control operations (receiving, storage, shipping) and ensure accuracy through audits and discrepancy resolution.
Coordinate with logistics to prioritize orders, meet service level agreements, and optimize workflows.
Enforce safety standards, conduct training, and drive continuous process improvements through performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems
Fluency in English
