VP, Growth Marketing

The VP of Growth Marketing will shape the next generation of customer acquisition for a leading AI-powered customer platform as AI transforms how businesses discover and purchase software. You will own the global growth strategy across organic search, AI-driven discovery, performance marketing, and emerging acquisition channels. Your mission will be to strengthen brand visibility across traditional and AI-powered search experiences while generating high-quality demand across SMB and upmarket segments. You will identify new growth opportunities, allocate investment strategically, and turn experimentation into measurable business results. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Data, Finance, and Operations, you will connect customer insights with scalable acquisition strategies and potential product innovation. You will also lead and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
