VP, Operations

Join a fast-growing technology company as a strategic operations leader responsible for transforming and scaling post-sale operations across a global organization. In this executive-level role, you will oversee a team of more than 25 professionals across the United States and India, spanning onboarding, menu management, and technical account management. You will play a critical role in improving customer satisfaction, accelerating onboarding, strengthening retention, and delivering consistent service excellence for enterprise clients. Working closely with the CEO and leaders across Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will turn customer insights and operational challenges into scalable solutions. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving to eliminate bottlenecks, implement automation, and establish high-performing operational processes.
