Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates.Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure the best fit for the organization.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.Assist in onboarding new employees and provide support throughout the orientation process.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in an agency environment.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
