Shift Timings: Flexible with rotational shift, including nightshift

Job Summary
Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) to discuss subject matter with clients in a clear and professional mannerShould be able to develop system and process understandingResponsible for sharing process updates with ops team.Responsible for daily inventory/ transactions managementShould highlight any gaps / change management in current SOP'sMust be able to understand principles of insurance, insurance contracting, claims and policy servicing functionsMust be able to develop process documents such as procedures, workflows, other training documentsShould participate in projects initiated at a team levelSkills: Reconciliation, General Ledger, R2R, Reporting, Balance Sheet, Variance Analysis, Accruals and Prepayments.The ideal candidate should have a minimum 2 - 8 years' experience into Financial reporting and controls experience.
Key Requirements
Graduate Degree in any stream1-8 Years of professional experience preferably in operationsIndependent, detail-oriented and self-motivatedAbility to prioritize work within assigned caseloadProficiency using MS Office with good typing speedA team player who can collaborate with team members and clients on daily basis and is able to participate in brainstorming session with Team Leaders and SMEs to help them identify process efficiency
