Senior Graphic Designer
Location: New Delhi, India
Salary: Up to ₹80,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop visually appealing graphics for social media campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital content across various platforms.Lead and mentor a design team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality creative output.Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create cohesive and effective visual strategies.Stay updated on social media trends and platform-specific creative formats to enhance audience engagement.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.Utilize motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools to create dynamic content (knowledge in these areas is a plus).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in social media design, digital marketing, or creative agencies.Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, branding, and digital content.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in a PR, social media, branding, or integrated marketing agency.Experience handling multiple brands and managing client-facing projects.Understanding of performance marketing creatives and content optimization.
