Senior Software Engineer - Full stack

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Full Stack development. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills using Java/python, javascript and front-end development skills using ReactJS. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, specifications, and architecture. Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions using Java. Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using ReactJS and related front-end technologies. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external services and APIs. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and reliability. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Full Stack development and security. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. Write clear and maintainable code, following coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Java/Python (backend) and ReactJS (frontend). Strong proficiency in Java/python, Spring Framework, and related technologies for backend development. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with modern development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and experience with data modeling. Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms (e.g., Docker, AWS, Azure) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile development environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Prior experience working on large-scale and complex web applications is preferred.
