Planning Manager
Experience: 12-13 Years
Industry: Semiconductor, Pharma, Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing Projects
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting for large-scale Semiconductor and Pharmaceutical projects. The role will be responsible for developing integrated project schedules, tracking project performance, identifying risks, and supporting project leadership in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain master project schedules using MSP and other planning tools.
Establish project baselines, milestones, critical paths, and recovery plans.
Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and validation teams.
Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
Support project controls, resource planning, and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and client teams to ensure schedule alignment.
Lead progress review meetings and provide management insights.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or MBA preferred.
Experience Requirements
12-13 years of project planning experience.
Minimum 8+ years supporting large-scale Semiconductor, Pharma, Biotech, or Manufacturing projects.
Strong EPC/EPCM project experience.
Proven expertise in schedule management, project controls, and reporting.
