Accounts Receivable Administrator

Key Responsibilities
· Tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues.
· Interact with customers.
· Generate aging / statement of account reports in a timely manner (Monthly, weekly, depending on customer’s and/or internal requirements).
· Identify address and action escalation accordingly to ensure prompt resolution to invoice payment issues.
· Maintain the accuracy of the information retained for customers (direct contact information, portal usage, invoice submission processes, terms, addresses, billing requirements, etc.).
· Assigned task as needed (phone calls and admin task)
