Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) looking for flexibility, meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive clinical team?
H2 Health is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for our outpatient clinic in Tazewell, Virginia. Whether you're an experienced PTA or a new graduate, you'll have the opportunity to provide hands-on, patient-centered care while working alongside a collaborative team of rehabilitation professionals.
We believe clinicians should spend more time focusing on patients and less time on paperwork. That's why we offer AI-powered Scribe technology to help streamline clinical documentation, giving you more time to focus on what matters most: patient care.
This opportunity offers 24–35 hours per week, with full-time benefits eligibility at 35 hours.
Your Role
Provide individualized physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence through therapeutic exercises and hands-on interventions.
Treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and other conditions affecting movement and function.
Monitor patient progress and communicate clinical observations with the supervising PT.
Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and strategies to support their recovery.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using our EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Requirements
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current Virginia PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
Outpatient experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
Benefits
Competitive Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
