Your Impact
As a Production Machine Operator of our manufacturing lines, you will:
Lead Machine Operations: Perform set-ups, changeovers, and monitor equipment to meet production targets.
Troubleshoot & Improve: Identify root causes of malfunctions rather than applying "band-aid" fixes.
Ensure Precision: Use tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and "zero-defect" quality.
Drive Safety & Teamwork: Prioritize a safety-first mindset and step in to help coworkers meet site goals.
