A US fintech scaling its India team has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Human Resources Specialist who can be the primary point of contact for employees across a workforce that is doubling roughly every year.What the role coversManage end to end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, confirmations and exitsAct as first point of contact for employee queries on policy, benefits and HR processesMaintain accurate HR records and support statutory compliance requirements across India entitiesSupport recruiting coordination, background verification and offer processing during high hiring volume periodsWhat makes this different at a fintechGrowing this fast means policies get written and rewritten in real time, and this role often means being the person translating a headquarters policy decision into something that actually works for an India based team.
