FT Sales Associate, Vancouver Outlet -- Richmond, B.C.

As a Sales Associate, you are a brand representative who has the ability to multitask and is focused on building lasting client relationships. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Greet & interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service
Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships
Partner with management team to strategically achieve sales targets
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understand the terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories
Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
Perform stock checks for customers and replenish merchandise on sales floor
Act as a brand ambassador in the community and proactively foster customer relationships
Assist with merchandise floor moves and ensure visual standards are always maintained
Resolve all customer problems and complaints as needed
Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling and financial responsibilities
WE’D LOVE TO SEE:
Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
A self-starter with the ability to drive results
Curious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professional
Customer service focused; ability to sell with a passion for client and community engagement
Styling ability with great fashion sense
Prior selling experience using multi-channel systems including POS and iPad
Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
Comfortable and skill at creating daily social media posts
Experience in social media platforms including WhatsApp Channel, WeChat, Redbook will be a plus

Compensation Range:
19.00 - 22.00 CAD
