Resolve labour disputes: Investigate workplace concerns, manage jurisdictional disputes, provide confidential guidance on sensitive matters, and coordinate practical resolutions with unions and project leadership.
Coordinate training and apprenticeships: Work with union training departments and apprenticeship organizations to support workforce development, coordinate training requirements, and monitor compliance with apprentice ratios.
Maintain compliance and documentation: Monitor adherence to collective agreements, labour legislation, and project requirements while maintaining accurate labour relations records, workforce reports, and supporting documentation.
Advise project leadership: Provide practical recommendations on labour relations strategies, workforce stability, operational risks, and employee relations matters to support successful project execution.

Experience coordinating workforce requirements, addressing jurisdictional disputes, and resolving labour relations matters.
Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with union representatives and operational leaders.
