Our engineers ship high-availability services on AWS/GCP while mentoring teams and driving engineering excellence through clean code, automation, and DevSecOps principles.
Role & Responsibilities
Architect and deliver scalable, resilient Java backends using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and reactive frameworks for high-throughput enterprise systems.
Lead design and implementation of microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems with Kafka, Redis, and gRPC.
Optimize performance, security, and observability of production services—using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with product and QA teams to define specs, write clean unit/integration tests, and ensure zero-downtime deployments.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce coding standards, SRE practices, and security-by-design principles.
Drive technical debt reduction, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible), and cloud cost optimization across AWS/GCP environments.
