Role: Senior Consultant ? Finance & Supply Chain Transformation (Data, Analytics & AI) About the role We are looking for a hands-on consultant who works directly with client business stakeholders, including the CFO?s office, to understand their problems, shape solutions using data, analytics and AI, and see them through to deployment. The role works like a forward-deployed engineer: close to the business, comfortable with technology, and accountable for outcomes.Key responsibilitiesEngage senior finance and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and frame business problems.Identify opportunities for optimization, growth and efficiency using data, analytics and AI.Outline solutions, build the business case, and earn stakeholder confidence in the approach.Work hands-on with data, tools and technical teams to prototype, deploy and refine solutions.Manage multiple workstreams at once in a high-visibility client environment.Guide and support junior consultants on the engagement.Must-haveStrong analytical mindset, with practical experience in data, analytics or AI-led problem solving.Domain knowledge in finance (FP&A, controllership, finance transformation) or supply chain.Client-facing consulting experience with senior stakeholders.Willingness to get hands-on with data and technology, beyond producing slides.Clear, structured communication.Good to haveBackground in a consulting firm (Big 4, Accenture, Strategy&, MBB or similar).Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL or Python, and ERP/finance systems.Experience in logistics, warehouse automation or industrial clients.MBA or equivalent.
