Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.Role OverviewAs a Systems Administrator, you will manage servers, directory services, and business-critical systems, balancing uptime with security and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSystems AdministrationAdminister Windows/Linux servers, virtualisation, and backup systemsManage Active Directory, identity, and access provisioningPlan and execute patching, upgrades, and capacity changesSecurity & ComplianceImplement and monitor security controls across servers and endpointsMaintain compliance documentation for internal and client auditsOwn disaster-recovery and backup procedures, and test them regularlyIdeal Candidate Profile3 to 7 years administering enterprise servers and infrastructureStrong hands-on experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administrationWorking knowledge of Active Directory, virtualisation, and backup/DR practicesClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setupPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft, Red Hat, or equivalent systems certificationExperience in a regulated or audit-heavy environmentExposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)What We OfferA systems administrator seat at a global pharmaceutical company's India hubRemote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placementOwnership of the systems that keep the India office compliant and runningOne application considered for this and future matched rolesHiring ProcessHR Screening → Technical Round 1 → Technical Round 2 → Culture Fit
