Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and REST/SOAP API integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, bridging infrastructure mapping with automated service delivery.Required Qualifications & Skills· Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, administration, and implementation experience.· Technical Stack: JavaScript, PowerShell, REST/SOAP protocols, JSON/XML, and MID Server configuration.· Core Modules: Deep functional and technical knowledge of ITSM and ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping).· Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and ITIL v4 principles.Preferred Certifications· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)· Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or ITOM· ITIL v4 Foundation
