CWS Portfolio Product Architect

This senior-level, remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced product and systems professional with expertise in federal acquisition, contract writing, procurement, and enterprise application delivery. You will lead portfolio-level product strategy and roadmap development for Contract Writing Systems (CWS) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) capabilities, aligning mission priorities with delivery execution. Working closely with Government stakeholders, functional users, enterprise architects, and technical delivery teams, you will translate complex operational needs into actionable product plans and delivery-ready requirements. You will help coordinate modernization, cybersecurity, integration, and technical-debt reduction initiatives while ensuring alignment with approved priorities, funding, and contractual scope. Through strategic stakeholder engagement and data-driven performance insights, you will support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
