General Summary:
Qualcomm’s Mobile AI solutions power AI-centric ecosystems on Snapdragon chipsets, enabling intelligent on-device experiences and delivering value to ecosystem partners and customers.
We are seeking talented and motivated Mobile AI SW Engineer to develop on-device AI solutions on Snapdragon platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Android platform and be familiar with on-device AI technologies.
Skills/Experience
* Strong understanding of Android architecture, application framework, and system components.
* Strong programming skills in C++, Java, and/or Kotlin.
* Experience developing on-device AI applications/Framework on Android.
* Familiarity with on-device AI runtimes such as Qualcomm AI Stack, TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, PyTorch Mobile, or similar frameworks.
* Experience deploying or optimizing AI models on mobile, edge, or embedded platforms.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain Qualcomm Mobile AI software solutions on Android.
* Analyze and optimize AI software for performance, memory, and efficiency.
* Provide technical support for customer requirements.
* Document and share knowledge within the team.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering with 6+ years’ experience. Or Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering with 4+ years’ experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
