The Portfolio Consulting Manager will lead a team of power systems consulting professionals delivering advanced technical solutions to electric utilities, regional transmission organizations, and energy asset owners. This leadership role combines people management, technical expertise, client relationship development, and commercial growth within the evolving energy and grid technology sector. You will drive consulting business expansion across power grid analysis, system dynamics, grid interconnection, and grid code compliance. Working closely with clients and cross-functional stakeholders, you will oversee project delivery, develop compelling proposals, and ensure high standards of quality, budget, and schedule performance. You will also empower consultants through coaching, career development, and a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
