Senior Power Systems Consultant - PSCAD

The Senior Power Systems Consultant will play a key role in advancing the reliability, stability, and resilience of modern electrical grids. Working within a specialized power systems consulting team, you will lead complex engineering studies that support the integration of renewable energy, battery storage, and advanced power electronics into transmission networks. You will leverage your expertise in PSCAD and electromagnetic transient (EMT) simulations to evaluate system behavior, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborating with utilities, regional transmission organizations, energy developers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will translate sophisticated technical analyses into practical recommendations. You will also contribute to project delivery, technical innovation, and the professional development of junior consultants.
