Hiring: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant (OTL)
📍 Location: Bangalore (Hybrid | Pan India - Client Location)

Key Requirements:
8-10 years of domain expertise in Oracle HCM covering the complete Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
Minimum 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) along with Core HR.
In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes, configurations, and data flows.
Proven experience in client-facing roles involving requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
Experience in team leadership, mentoring, work allocation, project tracking, and status reporting.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional issues while working closely with clients.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
