Your role
Reporting to the France Regulatory Affairs Director, you hold a key role within the organization as:
Regulatory manager for a portfolio of products.
Strategic partner for business teams and support functions.
In this capacity, you ensure compliance of regulatory activities in accordance with the French and BeLux regulatory environments.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the maintenance and optimization of the Marketing Authorization (MA) portfolio.
Lead the preparation of variation files, from planning through to submission, including the management of local requirements related to Module 1.
Ensure the regulatory compliance of packaging components.
Conduct proactive regulatory monitoring and assess the business impact of regulatory changes.
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in pharmacy/Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or a related field), Pharmacy degree is a plus.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biopharma environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with solid expertise in national and European regulations.
Solid expertise in the regulatory registration processes for pharmaceutical products.
Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken, enabling you to work effectively in an international environment.
