About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Bremont's New York Boutique is our flagship retail destination in North America and a critical touchpoint for the brand, connecting clients, collectors, partners and the wider luxury community to the Bremont experience.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Boutique Manager to lead the boutique as a growing business, not simply manage its day-to-day operations. The right individual will combine exceptional luxury service with the initiative, creativity and accountability to generate demand and build lasting client relationships.
Reporting to the Brand President, North America, the Boutique Manager will lead sales performance and team development while building a strong VIP clienteling and CRM culture. The role will proactively expand our reach through private appointments, compelling events, strategic partnerships and targeted outreach across New York City and the wider Tri-State area.
As a senior ambassador for Bremont, this leader will represent the brand with credibility and passion, ensuring that the boutique delivers both an exceptional client experience and meaningful commercial growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own the boutique's commercial performance, including sales targets, cost discipline and delivery of a proactive business development plan.
· Generate new business beyond walk-in traffic through prospecting, referrals, private appointments and sustained client outreach.
· Personally cultivate and retain relationships with VIP clients, collectors and high-value prospects, creating relevant and memorable experiences.
· Embed a disciplined CRM culture, ensuring accurate client profiles, meaningful segmentation, planned follow-up and consistent after-sales engagement.
· Lead measurable clienteling activity, using outreach, appointments, conversion, repeat purchasing and client acquisition to identify opportunities.
· With the support of Marketing, create a boutique calendar of private events, collection previews and client experiences designed to build community and drive sales.
· Expand Bremont's visibility across the Tri-State area through relationships with collectors, local businesses, luxury communities and relevant partners.
· Represent the brand at external events and networking opportunities, turning new relationships into qualified introductions and opportunities.
· Assess events and partnerships through attendance, qualified leads, CRM capture, follow-up and resulting sales.
· Work with North America marketing and commercial teams to align local activities with brand priorities and consistent brand positioning.
· Recruit, coach, motivate and retain a high-performing boutique team, fostering ownership, initiative and an exceptional service culture.
· Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance and take timely, constructive action to address gaps and recognize success.
· Lead by example on the sales floor, in VIP appointments and at events, demonstrating professionalism and compelling product storytelling.
· Provide regular, insightful reporting on sales performance, clienteling, opportunities, risks and action plans to the Brand President, North America.
· Collaborate closely with North America operations, marketing and customer care teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
· Maintain impeccable boutique presentation, visual merchandising and product standards in line with Bremont's luxury positioning.
· Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, opening and closing, cash handling, security, stock management and inventory accuracy.
· Ensure service and repair requests are handled promptly and thoughtfully in coordination with the Customer Care team.
· Maintain responsive handling of enquiries across email, phone and digital channels, converting qualified leads into appointments and sales.
· Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, security, confidentiality and data protection requirements.
· Work flexibly as business needs require, including evenings, weekends and off-site events.
Key Result Areas
· Achieve agreed boutique revenue and operating objectives.
· Grow the active VIP and collector base, qualified client pipeline, repeat business and appointment-driven sales.
· Deliver consistent CRM quality, client outreach, follow-up and sales conversion KPIs.
· Execute commercially effective boutique events, partnerships and Tri-State outreach, with measurable outcomes.
· Build an accountable team and sustain exceptional client satisfaction, after-sales care and boutique standards.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
· An entrepreneurial mindset and a record of generating business, building networks and creating opportunities beyond walk-in traffic.
· Demonstrated success inspiring, developing and holding high-performing sales teams accountable for results.
