Key Responsibilities
Design API, event-driven, batch and workflow integrations.Define integration contracts, identity, error handling, idempotency and reconciliation.Govern integrations across OSS/BSS, ITSM, CMDB, IPAM and network inventory.Ensure security, performance, resilience, observability, testing and production readiness.Collaborate with architecture, network, data, security, testing and delivery teams.Maintain technical documentation, risks and dependencies.Mandatory Skills• Integration Architecture• API Management, REST & gRPC• Event-Driven Architecture / Pub/Sub• Integration Middleware & Service Orchestration• OSS/BSS• ITSM, CMDB, IPAM & Network Inventory• Strong Telecom Domain Experience
