Senior Legal Counsel

Job Description:
For our legal team in Switzerland, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Legal Counsel as soon as possible.
Tasks:
In particular the following topics:
Drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements: CXM contracts (website creation, app development, CRM management, etc.), media service agreements, personal data processing agreements and other contracts
Management and record keeping of corporate matters
Giving advice in the areas of intellectual property law relating to the IT sector (software development, licensing, etc.), advertising laws and competition law
Giving advice in the area of AI (compliance in AI development, review of AI tool legal terms used internally or for client projects, etc.)
Support of the General Counsel in keeping a risk register
Provision of legal and strategic advice to stakeholders
Support of internal investigations
Close cooperation with the business units and training of the business units on relevant legal and compliance topics and processes
Advice on issues relating to temporary employment, labor lease and nearshoring and offshoring
Support and handling of questions around personal data protection
Development of practical solutions and close collaboration with the business units and stakeholders
Management of and liaising with external lawyers and consultants
Profile
Very good academic record
Extensive post-qualification experience (approximately 6 years), with law firm experience.
Swiss bar admission
Strong commercial and economic understanding, negotiating skills and a confident manner when dealing with stakeholders
Significant experience and knowledge of key legal principles relating to specialist areas of law.
Experience in risk management and managing compliance programs
Good knowledge of corporate governance
Very good communication and presentation skills.
Solid knowledge of intellectual property law
Solid knowledge of applicable legislation around AI
Willingness to work closely with the business and support it as a strategic partner
Results-oriented and efficient approach
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Excellent team player
Business fluent in English and German (fluency in French is a plus)
