Founding AI Engineer

We're hiring: Founding AI Engineer at BeonSys (Remote)
Today, companies pay outsourcing firms to add more people to their back-office and operations work. BeonSys is building the AI-first version. Our AI agents do that work end to end: they read documents, reconcile data, handle exceptions and report, with a small expert team checking quality. Outsourcers grow by adding people. We grow by needing fewer.
We're starting with US firms, and the long-term plan is to run whole operations functions this way. You'd be one of our first engineers and would build the core of it.
What you'll do
• Design and build multi-agent workflows on LLMs that do real client work
• Build the backend, APIs and integrations with the tools our clients already use
• Set up evals, guardrails and audit logs so the agents are reliable enough to trust
• Make system design calls early and own them as we grow
What we're looking for
• Hands-on experience building with GenAI and LLMs (agents, tool use, RAG)
• Strong backend skills (Python or TypeScript, databases, APIs)
• Experience building AI workflows or automation that runs in production
• Solid system design thinking
• You ship fast, write clearly and like owning problems end to end
