We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Director of Performance Marketing to lead digital acquisition and demand generation for a fast-growing financial technology business serving ambitious business owners. This role will own the performance marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, website optimization, creator partnerships, and emerging AI-powered discovery channels. Working closely with Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Brand teams, you will turn traffic into activated customers and measurable revenue growth. You will optimize acquisition efficiency, strengthen marketing attribution, and build scalable growth systems grounded in data and experimentation.
