We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and help them maximize the value of advanced cloud security solutions. This role combines technical expertise, strategic customer engagement, and business acumen to drive successful deployments, operational improvements, and measurable customer outcomes. You will work closely with engineering teams, executives, and business stakeholders to align technical capabilities with customer objectives. Through hands-on workshops, strategic reviews, and proactive risk management, you will support customer retention, product adoption, and account growth. You will also collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services to resolve complex challenges and influence product development.
