Job Description Role PurposeThe purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications.͏ Title: Title: Automation AI Project ManagerTotal Years of Experience: 10 years to 17 yearsLocation: BengaluruRequired Qualifications and Experience12-16 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years in automation, AI-enabled transformation, infrastructure operations, DevOps, cloud delivery or related programs.Proven ownership of multiple medium-to-large technology transformation programs involving cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Demonstrated experience delivering automation projects end to end, from opportunity discovery and solution planning through deployment, adoption and benefit realization.Experience managing senior customer stakeholders, steering committees, delivery reviews, financials, resourcing, vendors and contractual commitments.Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery, ITIL-based operations, software engineering lifecycle, change/release management and service transition.Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, written communication and executive presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent project/agile certification.Microsoft Azure, AWS, HashiCorp Terraform, Red Hat Ansible, ServiceNow or DevOps certification.Experience with Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, LangChain/LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or comparable enterprise AI platforms.Exposure to AI governance, model/prompt evaluation, Responsible AI, LLMOps, FinOps and secure software supply-chain practices.Experience in managed infrastructure services, account automation, consulting, presales or transformation-office environments.͏ ͏ ͏ Mandatory Skills: Infrastructure Automation
