Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor the Project plans in line with the Customer & Company requirementsProvide technical support and guidance to execution team on Asset Management and Material/Spare ManagementMonitor & Control ongoing projects and report out to stake holders periodically – Weekly, monthly as required Deliver the task on time with Quality and Manage member team (KPIs)Hire competent resources on time and deploy them to projectsCo-ordinate with multiple departments/stake holders to ensure seamless project executionDevelop team training plan to team based on varying project requirementsPeople and resource management; shift allocations, yearly performance review

Work Experience
Minimum 15+ years of Experience in Managing projects in oil & gas IndustryThorough understanding of EPL/RSPL (Equipment part list / Recommended spare parts list) for Commissioning Start-up & Life Cycle Operating spares.Able to review P&ID, SLDs & Flow diagrams.Experience in developing of Bill of material by referring Vendor/Manufacturer records, Cross sectional drawings, Data sheets etc.,Good Knowledge of Cataloguing and Procurement CyclesGood Knowledge of Inventory OptimizationKnowledge in CMMS build
