International Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end execution of international customer orders. Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems. Monitor order status and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams. Follow up with production, sourcing, and inventory teams to ensure adherence to delivery timelines. Serve as a primary point of contact for operational queries from international customers and sales representatives. Provide regular updates regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and shipment tracking. Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with relevant internal departments. Coordinate with logistics partners and freight forwarders for international shipments. Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents. Support the International Sales team with quotations, product information, pricing sheets, and presentations. Assist in maintaining customer databases and sales reports. Track sales performance and prepare periodic MIS reports. Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Design, Finance, and Logistics teams. Facilitate smooth communication between international markets and internal stake holders. Escalate potential delivery or operational risks proactively. Generate order tracking reports and operational dashboards. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and business reviews.
