Job Purpose
· This role is responsible for delivering assigned revenue and sales targets through strong distribution planning, market execution, and channel partner productivity.
· The role focuses on strengthening distributor capability across 3i parameters — infrastructure, investment and involvement — to ensure reliable and effective servicing of the market.
· The position requires driving town coverage expansion, distributor appointment, outlet addition, DATA build-up, above-norm extraction, quality gross additions and tertiary performance.
· The role is accountable for strengthening trade relationships, tracking market intelligence, ensuring judicious use of SAC budgets, and enabling quality customer acquisitions.
The position requires complete people ownership through effective onboarding, in-market coaching, rigorous performance reviews, incentive maximisation, attrition reduction, and adherence to company standards, policies and HSW norms.
Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities
· Set, monitor and deliver revenue, sales and quality acquisition targets for the assigned market.
· Review and evaluate channel partners with focus on distributor 3i: infrastructure, investment and involvement.
· Ensure distributor readiness through adequate office infrastructure, DSE availability, systems support, working capital and disciplined ways of working.
