Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have owned a product area or a 0-to-1 launch end to end, not just individual screens inside a large team

Mandatory (Skill 1): Must own design end to end, from understanding the problem to shipping the experience, turning product ideas into clear, usable flows

Mandatory (Skill 2): Must be fluent with AI tools, both to code prototypes and POCs and to accelerate exploration and iteration through the design process
