Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Services Cloud Consultant with strong knowledge of Oracle CX Service solutions and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Work on end-to-end Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle CX Service implementations.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions.
Configure service processes, workflows, business rules, roles and security.
Handle application configuration, extensions and customisation.
Work with integration teams for connectivity with Oracle and third-party applications.
Support data migration, SIT, UAT, defect resolution and production deployment.
Prepare functional/technical design documentation.
Troubleshoot application and integration issues.
Coordinate with business stakeholders throughout implementation and go-live.
Mandatory Skills
8+ years of overall Oracle experience.
Strong Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle CX Service experience.
Hands-on implementation and configuration experience.
End-to-end implementation lifecycle exposure.
Service request / case management processes.
Business rules, workflows and application configuration.
Integration and data migration exposure.
SIT, UAT and production go-live experience.
Strong client and stakeholder communication.
