Have 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (Product Manager, Product Owner, System Analyst, Software Analyst, etc.).
Possess an Advanced level of English, both written and spoken, to communicate confidently and effectively with licensees.
Have strong expertise in business and system analysis of complex software systems.
Have experience working with multiple corporate stakeholders through remote communication channels.
Understand web and messaging protocols and common web data formats, including HTTP, TCP/IP, WebSockets, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
Use API investigation and documentation tools such as Postman and Swagger.
Have practical experience using browser DevTools.
Are familiar with UX/UI and visualization tools such as Figma, Miro, and Lucidchart.
Have hands-on experience creating BPMN and UML diagrams and working with wireframes, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams.
Bring strong facilitation skills to guide discussions and align diverse viewpoints.
Demonstrate strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to navigate complexity.
Are detail-oriented and have strong communication skills that foster productive collaboration.
Demonstrate sound decision-making skills and a strong sense of responsibility in fast-moving environments.
